Short Course on Deep Geothermal Exploration in progress in Kigali, Rwanda
The UNU-GTP is presently conducting a Short Course on Deep Geothermal Exploration in Kigali, Rwanda at the request of the Icelandic International Development Agency (ICEIDA) for the Energy, Water and Sanitation Authority (EWSA) of Rwanda.
I-GRO ENERGY

Official visit to the UNU-GTP from Rwanda
On Tuesday the 16th of June the UNU-GTP hosted an official visit by the Minister of Energy of Rwanda H.E. Albert Butare and the Ambassador of Rwanda to England H.E. Claver Gatete. The delegation came to discuss possibilities in geothermal in Rwanda and was introduced to The National Energy Authority of Iceland, Iceland GeoSurvey and the UNU-GTP.
