Ellevio is deploying four battery energy storage projects totaling

According to foreign media reports, the Swedish distribution network operator Ellevio is investing in and deploying four battery energy storage projects with a total installed capacity of 70MW. This is the latest project in a series of large-scale energy storage projects that Ellevio plans to deploy.

EUROPE: Alfen battery systems stabilise energy supply in Sweden

In its latest agreement, Alfen will supply Ellevio with 2 storage systems for the battery parks in Mora and Söderala that will have a combined installed capacity of 80 MW/80MWh. Installation is expected to be completed in the first half of 2025.
